Summer in the Philippines is from March to May, so visiting Banaue in April is a great idea. There’s little to no rain, and you can enjoy the cooler weather here.
It is possible to hire private transport from Manila to Banaue, but it’ll be very expensive. As per a local tour guide, rates for minivans start from PHP 16,000 one-way.
