Unfortunately, there are no direct buses operating from Hpa An to Bagan. Instead, you will first have to take a bus from Hpa An to Yangon, and then another bus from Yangon to Bagan.
The schedules indicated on the table above allows you to leave Hpa An in the afternoon and arrive in Bagan at a reasonable time in the morning. Another benefit of this itinerary is that it saves you a night of accommodation.
