Hi Lisa! We've read the Tbus reviews from Google (maps.app.goo.gl) and you're right, they don't look great. However, we wonder if it's the same company as the Techbus on BookAway (bookaway.com). This one departs and arrives at the Tbus headquarters in both Hanoi and Ha Giang. It has a pretty good rating on BookAway, though!
