When travelling the 15 km distance from Quy Nhon to Bai Xep, you have 3 options: you can take a bus for 26,000 VND ($1.00), a taxi via Dieu Tri Railway Station for 300,000 VND ($12.00), or a taxi via Quy Nhon Railway Station for 200,000 VND ($8.00). Travel time is 20 to 40 minutes.

Are you travelling on a budget? Bus T11 takes you from the centre of Quy Nhon to Bai Xep for only 26,000 VND ($1.00). Travel time is around 20 minutes.
From the railway station it’s better to book a taxi. Rates start from 300,000 VND ($12.00) from Dieu Tri Railway Station and 200,000 VND ($8.00) from Quy Nhon Railway Station.
Quy Nhon to Bai Xep by Bus
From Quy Nhon to Bai Xep, you can travel cheap by taking the public bus T11 going south.
Bus T11 departs from Quy Nhon Bus Station. This makes it a good option, too, if you’re arriving in Quy Nhon by bus and planning to go straight to Bai Xep.
The bus brings you in about 20 minutes to Bai Xep and a ticket costs only 26,000 VND ($1.00). You can expect a bus departure every hour from 05:30 to 17:15, except during the break around noon.
From Quy Nhon Bus Station, you can also take a taxi to Bai Xep for around 150,000 VND ($6.00).
Dieu Tri Railway Station to Bai Xep by Taxi
When taking a train to Quy Nhon, the most common arrival point is Dieu Tri Railway Station. That is because Quy Nhon’s main train station (which we talk about in the next section) is not part of the reunification line.
From Dieu Tri, your only direct option to get to Bai Xep is by taxi. Fares start at 300,000 VND ($12.00) and travel time is around 30 minutes.
Cheaper alternative: Indirect bus from Dieu Tri to Bai Xep
Alternatively, you can take two buses. First, take Bus T22 for 20,000 VND ($0.80) from Dieu Tri Railway Station to Coopmart in Quy Nhon city centre. From Coopmart, you can transfer to Bus T11, which takes you to Bai Xep for 26,000 VND ($1.00).
Combined travel time by bus is around 1 hour.
Quy Nhon Railway Station to Bai Xep by Taxi
Not a lot of trains arrive at Quy Nhon Railway Station. But if your train is arriving here and you’re heading straight to Bai Xep, you can hop on a 30-minute taxi for around 200,000 VND ($8.00).
Cheaper alternative: Bus from Quy Nhon Railway Station to Bai Xep
If on a budget, you can also take the bus, although this does not depart from the train station.
First, you can walk or take a short taxi ride from Quy Nhon Railway Station to the nearest bus stop at Coopmart. From here, you can then take Bus T11 to Bai Xep for 26,000 VND ($1.00).
