Booking a bus is a lot cheaper than hiring a taxi and offers enough comfort for the 4 hour journey.

Taxi from Kep to Phnom Penh
Duration: 3 – 4 hours
A taxi ride offers the advantage that they will bring you from door-to-door. Fares start from $40, depending on availability and your negotiating skills. Make sure to agree on the rate beforehand to avoid discussions about the price on arrival.
