Hi Habiba! Apologies for the late reply. We're not sure if you still need this info, but in case other travellers are wondering the same thing, you can take a direct bus from Yogyakarta to Pacitan. A ticket costs 105,000 IDR ($6) when you book with 12go.Asia (12go.asia). Safe travels!

Hi Nalin, our recommended way of getting from Jakarta to Yogyakarta is by train.
It's a better alternative to the bus as you avoid traffic and have a better idea of when you will arrive. Also the views along the way are beautiful! Whilst it does take longer than a flight, it's cheaper and more environmentally friendly.
Train tickets on Tiket.com (tiket.com) can be booked around 4 weeks in advance.
