How To Get From Ho Chi Minh to Phu Quoc?

We recommend taking the flight from Ho Chi Minh to Phu Quoc since it only takes one hour. From Phu Quoc Airport, you can reach the city center in 10 to 15 minutes.

We do not recommend to travel by bus and ferry since this will take at least 10 hours when you include transfer time. Still, want to take the bus and ferry? Book a bus to Rach Gia harbor and take the ferry from here to Phu Quoc Island.

When traveling from the Mekong Delta, the ferry can be more convenient than traveling back to Ho Chi Minh and taking a flight.
