Trip overview from Nha Trang to Hoi An

To make trip planning super easy and fast, we created a step-by-step guide to find the best way to travel from Nha Trang to Hoi An.

To start with, use the slider to compare the different options:

How to get from Nha Trang to Hoi An

Hoi An does not have its own railway station. That’s why you need to book a train from Nha Trang to DaNang. When you arrive at DaNang railway station, you can take a local bus or shuttle bus to Hoi An.

We recommend to book the night train, so you don’t lose a day on traveling. and you can also get a good sleep in the night train.

If you are on a strict budget the bus might be better for you. But keep in mind that traveling by bus is not the safest option in Vietnam. If you decide to travel by bus we recommend to take the night bus, since it will be a long 10 hour during the journey.

Flying is the fastest option, but also consider you need to be 2 hours in advance at the airport. Considering that you can only fly during the day, the night train or bus might even save you time.

If you don’t want to travel by night then flying is the best way to go.
