Step 1: Ha Tien Ferry Port to Phu Quoc by Ferry
You can choose from three companies when taking a ferry from Ha Tien Ferry Port to Phu Quoc. These are Superdong, Thanh Thoi Ferry and Phu Quoc Express.
The ferry journey takes around 1h 20m - 3h and ticket prices start from 283,000 VND ($10.80) for a regular seat.
Ferries depart from Ha Tien Ferry Port and dock at Bai Vong Ferry Port on the southeast coast of Phu Quoc.
The abovementioned prices are for regular seats. When you book with Phu Quoc Express, you can choose VIP seats. You’ll get your own TV screen, headphones, and free food and drinks.
Step 2: Phu Quoc Ferry Port to the City Centre by Shuttle Bus or Taxi
Bai Vong Port is located some 10-15 km away from Long Beach and Duong Dong town, both on the island’s west coast.
To get to your hotel, you can take either a shuttle bus for 60,000 VND ($2.30) or a taxi with rates from 230,000 VND ($8.80). Travel time is around 30 minutes depending on your hotel’s location.

When travelling back from Phu Quoc to Ha Tien Ferry Port, you just have to retrace your steps. That includes a bus or shuttle ride from the city centre to Phu Quoc Ferry Port and then a ferry ride to Ha Tien.
Step 1: City Centre to Phu Quoc Ferry Port by Shuttle Bus or Taxi
From Phu Quoc city centre, you can take a shuttle bus or a taxi to get to Phu Quoc Port. Rates start from 60,000 VND ($2.30) and 230,000 VND ($8.80), respectively.
Step 2: Phu Quoc to Ha Tien Ferry Port by Ferry
Also on the way back from Phu Quoc to Ha Tien Ferry Port, you can choose from three companies: Superdong, Thanh Thoi Ferry and Phu Quoc Express.
